Liv offers free instructor-led Yoga and you can even bring a friend Warm yourself by the fire with a cup of hot cocoa. The layouts are spacious, and luxurious.

No problems with neighbors and don't often hear anyone outside even though we face the pool. Staff is very accommodating and easy to work with.

submitted by Ronny B. - |Recommended: YesMostly Great — It's almost entirely great, however, the only complaint is the CenturyLink service that's pre-wired. I don't need wifi or CenturyLink as I would prefer to have my own provided, and the cable service upgrade is too expensive and not practical.

The only complaint I have is the gate to 50th street, this is the only problem I have had... the gate is never secure, and people always use a rock to prop it open, this is a problem that needs to be addressed....

I particularly love the fenced dog park, pathways to walk around, the hub, the 24 hour fitness center, and the pool. I have enjoyed my time with family and friends, that includes my pup Sasha. I would recommend this community to anyone as it's close to all shopping centers, freeways, and pretty much everything

submitted by Dickson U. - |Recommended: YesBeautiful Place To Live In. — Liv Ahwatukee provides all of the amenities that anyone would ever want in an apartment complex in a clean, beautiful and fun manner. Living here for 4 months has showed us how wonderful apartment living can be. The amenities are top-notch including the pools, gym, hub, game room and dog park. Even the walkways between buildings are a delight to walk through.

Having lived here 3 years, I haven't had a single negative experience. Friendly staff, very fast maintenance, new construction, smoke free it has been an absolute pleasure living here. I don't normally write reviews, but this place deserves it. Great job
