Bella and Alexis have been AWESOME. My son feels safe riding the bus and exploring the complex.
As for my starred reviews...
Would have loved a higher quality in the cabinetry but they are definitely upgraded and modern. Noise is partially on me... My patio faces the large pool so the kiddo screaming is the hardest part to overlook. BUUUTTT... the complex itself is usually very quiet and low key. And the noise isn't constant.

submitted by Kayia L. - |Recommended: YesNew Resident — So far so good. We haven't encountered any issues. It's a really nice place with really nice grounds. The pool is heated. Went swimming last weekend. They have a hot tub in one of the pool areas which is super nice. We've hung out in the hub a couple times and that was fun. I have no complaints with living here. Quiet, neighborhood and neighbors aren't too loud. Theres a trash service which is nice considering me and my partner live on the 3rd floor. I've enjoyed living here so far and so far friends family have liked the area and apartment itself a lot.

When I got the unit it was overall clean, there was a little paint splatter on a few of the appliances, but nothing major. Overall great place so far.

The move in was easy and had no issues with obtaining keys or finding a spot close to the apartment to unpack. Noise level and cleanliness of the apartment has been good.

The area is kid friendly, the amenities are all very good fitness center and pools are especially good for an apartment building , and the maintenance staff are all very friendly and timely with our requests.
