My apartment is spacious and modern. Only on some occasions can you har sounds or noises from neighbors above. The amenities are amazing. I feel safe while walking around. Best choice I could have made. Also appreciate the pet policy... only complex around that allows 3 pets.

submitted by Todd M. - |Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex Beautiful And Well Kept Grounds. Great Staff Extremely Friendly And Helpful. — Beautiful apartments and great amenities. It even smells nice walking to and from the apartments. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance has been quick and efficient the two times I requested their help. They helped mount a TV and even helped me program it and fixed a scratch that I put in the floor when moving a table. Great guys The one and only problem I ever had was incessant barking of a neighbor's dog.

Never a hassle to get their assistance or answer questions. Pools are located so they are close to everyone. Always clean. Great weekly activities. I'm glad I chose LIV.

submitted by Karli J. - |Recommended: YesGreat Apartment If You're New To The Area — LIV is definitely not your average apartment--it's better The office staff are so caring and know you by name, and are attentive to your needs. There are frequent community events that get you interacting meeting neighbors which is great if you're new to Arizona. I like that there are 2 pools - they sometimes get noisy when there are volleyball games or kids screaming - but it is usually a Friday night or weekend so that's expected in a small community. You can rent out the main hub for events I haven't done it but there have been several private events since I have lived here . I would give it a rating of 7 10 on noise, only because I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, dropping loud objects and showering at 2 or 3am on weekdays---but this is a sacrifice you make with apartment living, it's certainly quiet for the most part. Cable, internet and valet trash are nice for what they charge - if you watch tv a lot and want your trash picked up most of the week then you should probably sign your lease now haha. For what this apartment offers I think the price is certainly reasonable and it's a safe, friendly place to call home.

submitted by MARIA R. - |Recommended: Yes A Resort Style Home For Our Family. — Finding a place to live when we decided to move to Ahwatukee to join a new school and church community for our three children we also found this Great community to live, after an extensive search and countless visits to other communities, the minute we step into LIV we knew this was the home for our family, from the many amenities to the design and the phenomenal staff we are VERY please to be part of this community.
