I love that they throw social events that have allowed us to meet some great people. Very happy here overall. Only down side we have had is getting responses from administration about concerns we have had during our time here.

My wife and I have been living at Liv Ahwatukee for over a year now and recommend this complex above all others in Ahwatukee. The Staff is first class and will go out of their way to make your living experience the best possible. No other complex offers the lifestyle that Liv offers. My wife and I have occupied several other complexes but Liv is the first that feels like a home.

submitted by Tammy T. - |Recommended: YesI Love Liv — It truly is resort style living. There are issues from time to time but that is expected. The property always looks beautiful The only complaints I have is that I can hear my neighbors more than I expected, and the second pool is rarely heated during the winter months and I was told it would be. Other than that, the staff is great, the amenities are wonderful, the people really do care about each other and we hang out a lot together If you are new to the area, you have found the perfect place to feel at home even when you didn't know anyone moving in. I am so grateful that I chose this complex

Neighbors are friendly and security is great. Maintenance staff are active and hard-working. Community areas are kept clean and well-stocked. Community manager, Karissa, is very responsive and takes care of suggestions immediately. Highly recommend
