Pristine grounds, friendly and helpful staff, luxury appliances and great location. This is a community built for the community and it comes through in every aspect of being here. I am in one of the Loft apartments and I love the layout and having a garage, to me at least, is essential in AZ. I am not thrilled that the one wall i share with my neighbors is my bedroom, as i hear their dogs barking at inconvenient hours occasionally and hear their TV, but i mask it with the use of a fan, for white noise. Compared to other places, this is a non issue for me, however, if you are a very light sleeper, if may be an area to consider. I love having guests come visit to see the grounds, and amenities and everyone comments on what a nice place it is to be. Don t hesitate to make Liv your next home. You will not be disappointed!
submitted by Rachel S. - |Recommended: YesI Think It S Great But Definitely Has That New To It (Could Be Good Or Bad) — I love how everything is modern, but sometimes that can be troublesome and not fully thought out. Such as the trash pick up (where are the trash bins when it s not a trash pick up day and we want to throw our own trash out wihtout looking at it everyday at our front door?). Also the handles in everything in the bathroom(s) and kitchen...they snag. A lot. For a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom...we have absolutely NO pantry. Two closets in the living room for hanging...but absolutely NO pantry so having to use cabinets takes up room REAL quick. Putting a living area in the same as the dining is also smaller than proposed. Not what was expected once moving everything in - but you get used to it. But those are the bad things...if that s the worst - honestly...it s a FANtastic place to live. From weekly to monthly events for tenants. Amazing pool and grills to use and the hub is a great way to meet your fellow neighbors (near and far!). Updated interiors (which is REALLY nice!!). And the uber friendly staff that are down to earth and will work with your needs.

They offer a social experience that is unparalleled to other properties through their world class amenities that gather tenants in public spaces, organized social events like pancake breakfasts and happy hours, and a management team that truly cares about their customers experience and lives. On top of all of this the site has top tier finishes in heir apartments and common areas. I enjoy watching friends and families expressions as I tour the facility and talk about the LIV brand and culture. Fantastic place to live, and I am so glad I did not buy another house for my daughter and myself!!!
submitted by Heather T. - |Recommended: YesWonderful Place To Live — Liv Ahwatukee is the nicest apartment complex I have personally ever seen. We were lucky enough to be the first people in our apartment so it was all brand new, fresh, and clean which you don t always get when moving into an apartment. All of the finishes are nice apart from the ceiling fans feeling very cheap and like they might fall off the ceiling if you want to change the speed on the fan. It is also common to hear your neighbors through the walls but that is to be expected to some extent when living in an apartment. The common areas are above par, especially the gym is fantastic. I enjoy the free coffee and hot chocolate in the Hub and the pool area is absolutely beautiful. All-in-all I love living here and would recommend it to anyone!!

Positives Staff is friendly, property is nice and well kept, promote close-knit community feel. Negatives can t have more than 2 guests visiting at a time, no visiting pets allowed, and sound comes through floors and walls easily. Overall, would recommend community.

Given all this, their pricing is surprisingly comparable to other communities in Ahwatukee that offer far less.
submitted by Bryan G. - |Recommended: YesLiving At Its Finest — LIV offers more in the category of luxury than all the surrounding competition in the Phoenix Metro area. Having rented in other luxury apartments, this one is the first in the area that has met and exceeded the advertised expectations. In other words, it is a delightful experience thus far. Enjoy the pools, gym, theater room, game room, card table, and friendly staff and neighbors!
