It feels like I live at a resort everyday ...The staff is amazing and the grounds are always well kept. If you are single this is a great place to meet new people at all of the activities that they have during the month. If you are married and have children there are so many things for the kids to do without leaving the property you can send them to the hub or to the play ground or the two wonderful pools we have. If you are a health nut well this is the place for you . They have a full gym open 24 hours and many fitness classes to choose from. They also have outside activities for your work out . Come by and see for yourself. Awesome Awesome place to call home.... Thank you Ms. K

The grounds are awesome and I really love the different pools they have. Overall I have to say the best complex I have ever lived in.
submitted by Dean M. - |Recommended: YesKitchen Is Too Small And Master Is Warmer Than Rest Of Unit — Main office and maintenance are really good. Avoid a West facing unit, as that room will heat up. Kitchen in the 2 bedroom unit is too small to be really functional. Grounds are resort like with 2 nice pools and a recreation center. Overall very nice place

It's a must see if looking for a place to live. From the 1 bedroom plans to the 3, you will find the floor plan for you. The office staff is great, they remember me by name and are always willing to help whatever you need.

submitted by Hector N. - |Recommended: YesOutstanding Place — I am very happy here the staff is outstanding and are very attentive to your needs even when they aren't working and just moving about the complex. I really enjoy the amenities along with the community events scheduled throughout the month. The only issue it is a little noisy from being so close to the highway.

We are WELL taken care of and looked after by the staff. Work orders are promptly and thoroughly taken care of. The best part is that we LOVE and click with our neighbors and hang out with them almost weekly Definitely consider Liv and take a tour and look at their fun event calendar. They have this Liv Points program that you will have to ask about. Thank you Liv for all that you do We truly love living here.

The tenants are nice and very friendly and welcomes all kinds of people from all over to come together and enjoy each other. Coming from somewhere I knew no one, I can say I have fiends and neighbors that are respectful and inviting So happy here
submitted by Amy B. - |Recommended: YesNicer Property In Ahwatukee — Pros Nice staff, nice amenities, keeps most riff raff out. If you're into community gatherings, Liv hosts multiple events monthly. Cons Pool and TV at main pool often times very loud during night hours at the pool. Restricted to 2 guests per apartment unit and must pay extra to have guests over. Over abundance of cameras all over the property. No guest pets allowed to visit. Garage rental is pricey.
submitted by Jason Z. - |Recommended: YesVery Welcoming, Friendly, Involved, And Accomodating — This community projects my own internal philosophy of opportunism turning any obstacle to an opportunity. I was looking to move to an apartment complex with my wife because we were not at a phase in our life for a house houses provide more space outside of the home while people are closer together in apartments. This obstacle was found as an opportunity by the Liv management because they definitely focus there efforts on bringing their residents that live closer together physically to also live closer metaphysically. They do this by not just holding events such as sponsored breakfasts, dinners, game nights, sports days, and group outings , but also in encouraging involvement by offering rewards points for attending events or for creating and hosting your own. As a result of these events and encouragement, I feel I live I have more space around my home than I would in a house because I feel connected to all of the amenities and residents that share them. I mentioned before that residents are encouraged to be involved with events because of the rewards points, but they are also encouraged from the friendly environment that the management sets for its staff and the staff projects for the atmosphere. The staff is always happy to see you and not just to make sure you pay your rent but rather to bring out conversations asking about your hobbies, work, pets, family, changes in your life, new recipes, etc. to make everyone want to say howdy, neighbor . I have had a couple of maintenance needs and the maintenance staff has always been very responsive. I suppose maintenance is another benefit of living in an apartment complex, but when you expect service it can be an obstacle fortunately, this obstacle has never been seen and always has been another interactive opportunity. On other community notes The management has very proactive thinking in providing a smoke-free community to make sure all residents find no reason not to attend a social gathering. I also love the idea of poo prints since in the pass my family has always had conflicts arise from neighbors and their dogs trying to surprise us with lawn fertilizer but now, I am always happy to see and interact with the dogs I see passing by because I know I'm not concerned about seeing any other of part of themselves left behind. The trash butler has also been a great service so that I don't build up trash on lazy nights I don't want to walk to the trash compactor. I also want to note the areas where I marked 4 instead of 5 stars My wife and I were tempted to pick the first floor because the patio is 4x larger. This benefit is great because we were able to purchase a swing-sofa and keep it outside for relaxing while still having plenty of room to create a garden. I was concerned about the first floor because in my part apartment experience because if you are not on the top floor, then you will hear people above you. That has certainly been the case, but I still do prefer the convenience and space of the first floor. The ceiling noise seems like a cost for easier to clean and maintain vinyl floors instead of carpeting. An interesting point was when I met my upstairs neighbor and asked if they were playing basketball in a joking fashion because it would sound like that at times. I noticed that they were barefoot and had no kids I also noticed I would hear the ceiling and wall vibrations when I knew I saw the neighbors leave on my way in. This gave me the conclusion that this noise disturbance was not just from them but also from the stairs and movement in other areas of the building. This has made me question the construction of the building, but I'm not really concerned since here in AZ there are not earthquakes like in CA, tornadoes like in TX, or hurricanes like where I came from in FL and I am still happy I chose the first floor for its benefits despite it extra costs on a side note, I guess I am also calculating the satisfaction of my decision to live on the first floor because I would be saving money on electricity since the first floor does not get as hot as the top floor getting heat from the roof .
