submitted by Mariah M. - |Recommended: YesBest Community Ever — Moving to Liv Ahwatukee has been nothing but pleasant. The leasing team has been super helpful and kind throughout this entire process. Special shout-out to Elyssa, who helped us from the beginning. She was very thorough and patient and I could tell she truly cared about us living here.
Besides the strong sense of community, my favorite part about living here is how kid friendly it is I have a three year old and she is truly living her best life here. There are so many amenities catered to children including a nice covered playground, clean salt water pools, sand play areas and a splash pad, not to mention the events they have every month.
I would recommend this place to anyone, it is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

We didn't expect the noise from the highway during the night, as windows are not double paneled we are also concerned regarding summer when the heat is going also to affect and the ac will work full capacity
But overall our experience has being great, and all the management team is very welcoming and friendly

All of them are perfect and helpful. Elyssa is super super sweet and positive Gabby is very sweet and helpful as well which is very important for me. The only issue I had was noise however it has nothing to do with the property it is about some neighbors which can happen anywhere. In overall I am so happy to be here. Thanks, Elyssa
