submitted by DluxSuites R. - |Recommended: YesLook No Further - There Is Nothing Better — I have lived in so many communities throughout the country and I can confirm I have never seen a better management group than Liv Communities It is evident throughout the property and the staff that this company has their stuff together. From the events hosted to the amenities offered, this complex is very much a community . The leasing staff is always helpful and the maintenance staff is absolutely awesome I am sad to be leaving the state and going where there are no Liv Communities, but am grateful we chose to reside at Liv Ahwatukee while we were in AZ.

She is very friendly and informative Very on top of it. The property is absolutely gorgeous.. it is very clean and quiet. All the amenities are great Always something to do around here. Very pet friendly place, I see plenty of people walking their dogs every morning, large and small. So cute. Loving the Liv Life

The customer service at the front office is outstanding and everyone here is so happy and willing to help fast when you need anything. The place is always beautiful and clean all around. Also everything here is so modern and new.

The amount of amenities far exceed anywhere else we've ever lived. When we need any maintenance, the maintenance staff are quick and do quality work. The overall environment here allows you to have peace and quiet, or an active social network through the complex and their activities.
