The staff is courteous and very quick to respond. Thankfully, I never had any major issues but every time I needed something they were there. The community is clean and the staff really cares about the people living there. There is a nice dog park, car cleaning space, free vacuum and air for your car. I am especially impressed with the response the staff and property manager had during the COVID-19. They were very communicative and followed all CDC and government guidelines to keep the community safe. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to live. Thank you, Liv

If you prefer solitude, there are also quiet areas to relax. The property is well-maintained and managed. The maintenance staff is responsive as is the leasing staff. I've lived here for over a year and plan to stay for many years to come. I Love LIV Come join us...

submitted by Corey W. - |Recommended: YesFeels Like A Resort - Permanent Vacation — Both the leasing office and maintenance staff are kind, quick, and great at their jobs. It's a big property, but I am impressed at how quickly things get cleaned fixed the few times something hasn't been correct. Sound has been a minimal, if non-existent issue for me. The amenities are top-notch and the various outside spaces are beautiful. There's also a wide range of events and classes to attend and the people I live near are friendly and good neighbors. The location is also great, with almost all of what you will need within a mile of home. What a cool place to live.

submitted by Kapu S. - |Recommended: YesLiv - The Best Place To Live — I moved into Liv Ahwatukee in 2016 and never had a faintest thought of moving out. Just Kept renewing my lease for three years. These are few exceptional things I observed during my stay at Liv Resort Level maintenance Never had to wait more than few hours if any maintenance request placed some times it will addressed with in an hour. The staff are on time and on point in fixing the stuff. Spotless Cleanliness The apartment area is always clean and well lit that most of the cooler days you wish to spend outside than in the apartment. Property Staff These are best bunch of people I came across so far in my apartment living experience. They are warm and courteous, always go that extra mile to make sure that all your issues are addressed. It has been wonderful living in this community.
