There are just a couple things I don't like 1. The sudden change in recycling policy is bad. I don't like that I cannot recycle unless it is cardboard. 2. The internet is spotty. Sometimes I cannot even stream Netflix.

This may be a simple fix and we want to ensure it gets completed for you! In regards to the recycling change; we understand! Liv luvs to reduce our carbon footprint where we can and we luv offering on site recycling! The change in recycling is to make it easier for all residents! Our vendor, Waste Management, separates out all the materials for us; except for the cardboard! This ensures that the recycling area is not being contaminated and thus, all items then tossed into trash. There is a peacefulness here, with many conveniences including staff in the office who are very helpful. The maintenance team is great. There is a array of services provided. submitted by Jodi S. - |Recommended: YesJust What I Wanted And Needed — I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I did a lot of research before moving in and I spoke with Monica directly about the concerns brought forth from the negative reviews. She addressed all of them. I would like to say, I am pleasantly surprised with the property staff and the apartment as well. For those concerned about scorpions - scorpions are native to AZ and there are certain areas they thrive in more than others - the Dobson Ranch Area as an example. All you have to do is call the apartments and they will send an exterminator. The region where Liv is located, happens to be one of those pockets, all of the neighboring apartment communities have had the same concern, but if you look at the reviews for Generations, which is right next to Liv, they don't have the problem. Do your own research before listening to bad reviews, not all experiences are the same. So far I am happy.

submitted by Zabetta F. - |Recommended: NoNeeds Tlc — The upkeep is lacking The splash pad area is unkept some of the lights are out, the water feature doesn't consistently work, the umbrella that provided shade while cooking out -broke and not replaced, the ground area could use power washing. and what ever happened to the mist-ers When I moved in, everything was in good condition and working. Now not so sure but supposedly everything is on order or will be fixed Been too long The landscaping company should be replaced And my neighbors smoke on their patio but have to be caught before anything will be done ... Dang it ....my sinuses and other neighbors catch them all the time. Timing Timing Timing But I have great neighbors, outside of those that smoke on property
