What i love the most are the fitness classes, Tiffany, the gym and the over all vibe of the people that live here.

submitted by Allen H. - |Recommended: YesLiv Is The Best Apartment Complex I've Ever Lived In. — There are a lot of things that I love about living here. I've never had to deal with trashy neighbors, dog poop in places it shouldn't be, or any inconveniences that I wouldn't expect to have while living in suburbia. I've been followed up with regarding my work orders within hours - ON THE WEEKENDS. Not many places can say that. I do wish they had later staffing in the leasing office or had better accessibility to packages after hours. My only negative experiences come from making it to the office at 6 01PM to a locked door with employees on the inside unwilling to answer a quick question. If that were my only experiences with them or with this community, I don't believe I would have leased here or renewed my lease.

I have never met a more friendly and helpful staff than at Liv Ahwatukee. Everyone on the Liv team has been extrodinary. From maintenance to leasing and management I do mean everyone.
submitted by Samuel P. - |Recommended: YesGreat Amenities That's About It. — Parking - Too many residents park in guest spaces so they'll be closer to their apartments. It was a battle in my area to find a space for guest at times. Noise - I had a loft unit. Under my bedroom there was a garage with a guy who had a loud exhaust system on his car. He would regularly rev the engine inside the garage. They would also work on it until well after 10pm. Security was of no assistance. Grounds - When I arrived there was a great landscape team attending to things. A few months later LIV changed companies. I assume to save money. Since then this are just mediocre. I had weeds behind my unit for 4 months before they were attended to. Construction - The unit I was in seemed to be poorly insulated. I spent quite a bit to be comfortable during the hot months. The thermostat goes up 3 degrees past the set point before turning on, then goes 1 degree below before turning off. The 4 degree was too much. Also the HVAC unit was very loud. Having to turn the TV up and down all the time was annoying. Maintenance - While living here I had 3 work orders submitted for my apartment. Only 1 was completed properly and in a timely manner. I left specific instructions for them to call me before entering my unit and they wouldn't do it. I manage contractors for a living. I wouldn't hire these guys. Staff - All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I rate them slightly low because one member of the team would regularly have a No response to request. There's a right way to tell the customer No, they way they did it wasn't the right way. Overall - I would rate LIV high in regards to amenities and cleanliness. The cleaning crew is amazing If you want to live in a place that has lots to do without leaving home then you've found the right place. It's going to cost you quite a bit though. After 1 year the proposed rate hike made it unreasonable continue LIV'ing here.

submitted by Bree F. - |Recommended: YesLove Living Here — everything is very clean and well kept. The quality of the fixtures is really nice. I love that even though pets are allowed, there are fines for not picking up after your pet, it keeps the place clean. the pools are awesome as well. I do wish there was a hot tub at the second pool though.

Lots of stuff to do without even leaving the gates, and the maintenance people are VERY responsive and friendly. Only complaints are that because the whole place is elongated, there really need to be more amenities on the far side of it instead of being just concentrated on one side. The biggest thing missing from the far side of it is a hot tub. Also if you have more than one person living in your unit, it can be difficult to have a regular place for them to park.

submitted by Joseph W. - |Recommended: YesLike A Carnival Cruise, On Land — The apartments are modern, roomy, and spacious seriously, MASSIVE closets , but the real selling points for this complex are the 24-hour amenities and fun organized activities like group fitness classes, restaurant reviews, and happy hours . I have typed and deleted the remainder of this review several times because I just can't seem to do the place justice - you really have to come in and see the complex for yourself
