I hardly ever need to leave because everything I need is right here Trash service, cable and internet, a full gym with personal trainer, the Hub, a hot tub and beautiful pools, sand volleyball court, a vacuum for my car, dog park.. I could go on and on. The only negative thing I could say is that I can often hear my upstairs neighbors walking stomping around but that is expected when you live on the first floor and is not the fault of the community itself. The grounds are always beautiful well kept and everything is top of the line I plan on living here for a long time

I can hear my upstairs neighbors dogs barking all day and night it's really annoying. Me and my fiancé work night shift at a hospital We like to come home and enjoy our sleep but we hear our neighbors dogs barking everyday when we are trying to sleep
submitted by Taylor E. - |Recommended: YesBy Far The Best Place To Live. — I would say everything is perfect and if you are going to rent in a city where there is a Liv community, it would be stupid not to rent there. The only reason I marked two stars for noise category is due to the construction that takes place in the morning for the Liv Generations. I look forward to the weekends when there is no construction work taking place. I was super sad when they started working last Saturday too... Keep up the great work

submitted by Amy Q. - |Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex I've Ever Lived At Or Visited — As far as apartments go, I'm not sure you'll find a complex better than Liv. It's not just an apartment complex, it's a little community. There are always events going on for us, and the fact that you earn points for attending something fun which then can turn into gift cards is an awesome perk. There are so many little things that the complex offers trash service, internet and cable included with rent, free movie rentals, quiet pool areas, really nice gym, amazing staff, personal trainer on site, etc - I could go on and on that other apartments don't typically have. The only complaint issue that I have had at all is that I can hear the person living above me way to well - any time he walks around it sounds like he's stomping his feet and it can get quite disruptive, especially when I am trying to sleep. Aside from that I love living here and I'm not sure you'd find a better apartment complex anywhere

They have great amenities, friendly staff, and a beautiful complex. I always get an email reminding me to pay rent which is great for someone who is extremely busy . My one complaint would be the fact Im not too thrilled about the appliances, specifically the washer dryer, dishwasher, and the refrigerator. Ive also noticed the A C kicks on extremely loud in my room I am on a top floor - but beggars cant be choosers. I am happy I didnt have to spend even more money on these appliances
